Blue Case Management started in late 2005. We started in the events industry because of the logistical and creative challenge in delivering unique and original events whilst ensuring a real attention to detail. The attention to detail was our key driver: why shouldn’t a business supplying a service go that extra mile for a client? We believed that if you can go that extra mile for the client or add just a touch of something extra then they ultimately will be happier when the event or project is delivered successfully and more likely to turn into a repeat client.

We looked to emerging markets especially Africa because we believed that there was a change coming and we needed to look out for better development options. East Africa proved to be our starting point and soon followed several years of interesting projects and contracts that helped the team grow and develop their skills.

However after several years of noticing the poor standard of delivery of services by other event companies, media companies masquerading as events companies and ensuring the ultimate failure of jobs, lack of care for developing the local economies by not using local labour during international events and internally missing certain key services, we made a change. We created a global partnership network of small to medium sized businesses owned by citizens of the countries where the businesses are based.

The one thing we all have in common is the level of care and attention to detail. This led us to adopt an approach to business that says simply: we may be more expensive than other companies and if you have to be budget conscious we may not be the right company for you but if you want the attention to detail and a team that goes that extra mile, then we are the right company for you.

The partnership network has allowed us to offer our clients new services such as global ground handling where we have partnered with a worldwide travel company to help provide travel options for your event or just for a quick getaway. We have also added corporate hospitality to our service package and we look forward to taking you rugby fans to Twickenham for the World Cup in 2015 or you car “nuts” to the Monaco Grand Prix.
